PETFIX:
A program designed to help those pet owners in need of financial assistance in order that their pet(s) will be altered, thereby reducing the pressure of unwanted and frequently dumped animals. We also make funds available to those people who have rescued a stray dog or cat, whether they choose to keep the animal or find it a new home. PETED:
An informational program for the children in our schools which emphasizes bite prevention and what they can do to properly care for their pets.

PETCARE:
We are assisting the County of Hood River with adoptable stray or abandoned dogs and unwanted litters of puppies. If you are interested in adopting a dog or cat, our organization will send you information on where and how to choose a good family companion.

GOOD SAMARITAN FUND:
This program enables people who have found an injured stray dog or cat to take it to a veterinarian immediately for medical attention. PROD pays the first $50 to have the animal examined and possibly treated.

FRANKEE'S FUND:
This fund makes money available to help pay medical bills for any rescued stray dog or cat that is assured of a permanent home.

DOG TALKS:
PROD sponsors this series of discussions presented by local animal professionals to inform and educate.
