There are many get in shape videos and exercises, but I believe that the best work out is simple and free. you have to get dedicated and do it everyday for the rest of your life !. that is the secret start and never stop. 
The following free advice will keep you looking fit, if you want more after a month of doing the exercise increase the repetitions and the weight till you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal keep doing the exercise forever!
Advice# 2:  Change your diet, give up sodas, choose water over any other drink, stop eating fast food
! If you fill faint or ill stop and consult a doctor !

Step 1 Always stretch before starting.
Step 2 Inhale and exhale through your nose.
Step 3 Add a 15 minute run or walk to these exercises for ultimate results
Exercise 1 your ABS:
4 sets of 12 reps, one rep is when you right elbow touches your left knee, and your left elbow touches your right knee. 3 times per week minimum, for better results do them every day.
