Executive Board Meeting

The next Executive Board meeting will be Tuesday, June 13th at 7:00 AM at the Hood River Charburger. All members are encouraged to attend.

June Meeting

There will be no regular meeting during the month of June. The next program meeting will be scheduled for October. If you have any desire for a particular topic or presenter to give a program this fall please contact any of the Members on the Board. Their phone numbers and e-mail addresses are on our web site.

June 24^th - Field Trip Kreps Ranch

Everyone is welcome. Field trip will feature classes on topics such as thinning, pruning, forest health, fire, wildlife management, marketing, and the like conducted either hourly or as 3 hour special emphasis classes. Forestry equipment vendors will also be on hand. We are being asked to help as instructors or in the operations of the day. This event could attract 250 to 450 attendees. We are interested in making our web page more useful to all members of the Chapter. We currently have our newsletters for this year and last year still on the web page, the results of the 1998 membership survey, and links to various forestry and wildlife related web sites of interest.
