Notice is hereby given that the Hood River County Transportation District is requesting proposals from design teams to provide services and assist the District in the design and construction of a new Multi-Modal Transit Center and Vehicle Storage Facility.

Hood River County Transportation District (District) wishes to hire an Architect and/or an Engineer to provide design and related services for the construction of a new transportation facility for the District.  The project will include the construction of an approximately 2000 square foot multi-modal transit center to serve the administrative and operational needs of the District’s local public transit services and to serve a commercial inter-city bus service.  In addition, the District will construct a covered bus parking facility to store our vehicles out of the elements.  The project will include parking for employees and customers, landscaping and fencing.
