Cultural Plan

The Planning Committee used the results of a community wide survey as well as the community experiences of its members to develop the priorities, strategies and benchmarks of the cultural plan.

Overall goal : Preserve and strengthen cultural expression and increase public participation by enhancing cultural interest, promoting public access to cultural “events,” and increasing cultural expressions.

Priority #1 : Support organizations and individuals that strive to promote multicultural understanding, interchange, and appreciation.

Priority #2 : Support facilities used for cultural performances and exhibits.

Priority #3 : Increase visibility of cultural expression.
