Kelly Garcia is HOPE's Assistant Director.
After earning a degree at the University of Oregon, Kelly moved to Seattle,
where she worked for Amazon.com for a few years. She then moved to Hood River, where she enjoys playing music, gardening, and spending time with her fiancé and
family.
