What programs do Girl Scouts offer?

Daisy's - Kindergarten and First Grade

Brownies - Second, and Third Grade

Juniors - Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Grade

Cadettes - Seventh and Eighth Grade

Seniors - High School

Studio-2-Be - For Girls Age 12 and up

Juliettes - Individually registered Girl Scouts of any age

What are parents responsible for?

  • To make every effort to be punctual to meetings and outings
  • To help their daughter fulfill troop responsibilities (dues, turning in permission slips on time, etc.)
  • To be supportive of their daughter in her Girl Scout endeavors (help them to complete activities missed, etc.)

Funds from Family Giving are a key component of our Council's operational budget. Below are some specific examples of how Family Giving gifts work together to support all our girls and programs:

    • Recruitment of Leaders
    • Establishment of troops in under served areas
    • Training materials and handbooks for our adult volunteers
    • Council-wide events
    • Financial aid for girls needing assistance
    • Maintenance of our camps and program centers
    • Community outreach programs that focus on under resourced youth.
