Ownership over the years has passed to his son William R. Lauterbach, to his granddaughter Phyllis (Lauterbach) Dietsch, and finally his great granddaughter Judy (Lauterbach, Dietsch) Farrell. Water from the spring still flows from the springhouse down to the old William and Zelma Lauterbach place on the bluff.
