| Please Note: Occasionally circumstances arise in
our daily lives that require last minute changes in people's schedules
and
require
a change in
the scheduled program topic. Every effort will be made to publicize
such a change but media deadlines and officer schedules may not permit
timely notification. If you are planning on traveling a significant
distance to attend one of our programs, please feel free to contact
one of the officers listed on the home page to see if the scheduled
program is still happening. |
April 12
Linda Colton, Director of the Hood River Family History Center will present “Basic Genealogy”. This is an excellent opportunity for people just beginning family research to learn the “tricks of the trade.” Visitors are welcome. There is a recommended donation of one dollar, which goes to defray room rent.
This program will be presented in the lower level meeting room of Columbia Gorge Discovery Center. For those interested, the Board Meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the same meeting room and there is a no host luncheon in the Basalt Rock Café at noon. There will be a short business meeting at 1:00 p.m. followed by the program at 1:30 p.m.
