  Port of Bingen has cut down native shrubs and trees ( cottonwood, willow, et al) and mowed grass outside the wetland bond buffer.
  One adult Bald Eagle in nest with down eaglet in view from Bingen, but in Hood River County.
  Two Ash-throated Flycatchers singing, one in rock outcrops and oaks about Bingen Schoo Inn and one in oak savanna above and east of Jewett Creek and west of Skyline Hospital.
