Services includes Employment & Job Development, Alternatives to Employment and Community Inclusion. CGC works with the individual and other organizations to help individuals carry out their goals for employment.

Opportunity Connections is able to provide such services for individuals who have vocational funding through the Mid-Columbia Center For Living, School Districts, Brokerage Services, or other organizations.

The Brokerage provides services to people age 18 and over who have been referred through a community developmental disability program (CDDP) (The Mid-Columbia Center for Living is the community developmental disability program serving Hood River, Wasco, Sherman and Gilliam Counties.)

Wherever possible, the brokerage works with the Vocational Rehabilitation Division, other resources and the individual to develop and maintain employment where employment is one of the goals specified in the individual's plan.
